Given how absolutely mad large parts of her life had become during the past month, Annie was more than happy to seek out the company of those who were less involved in then others. It wasn't that she didn't want to be there for her nearest and dearest while they went through big, massive changes in their lives (both good and bad), but she needed a bit of time away from that.
Annie didn't like to compare her friends to one another so she simply wasn't. They were all different which was quite all right with her. She wasn't even worried that if she ever had a big party that they wouldn't like each other. Well the thought had crossed her mind briefly but she had decided that she had been overreacting. It was going to be fine. In fact it probably already was.
Spotting Lexie in the corridor of the Compound, she breathed a slight sigh of relief to realise that she wasn't going to have to search much further for her friend.
Waving merrily she smiled brightly as she sped up a bit. "Hello there!"
